The submitting author must register for the event first. Abstract submission is completed via the same platform and is linked to the user’s registration. If the submitting author is not the presenting author, the presenting author must also register for the event.

Submissions must use the event abstract template and be uploaded as a .docx file.

The abstract must not exceed 250 words and must not include references, tables, or figures. Abstracts that do not comply with these requirements will be rejected.

Abstracts will be evaluated through a blinded peer-review process, and results will be communicated to authors on November 30, 2026.

All accepted abstracts will be presented in poster format.
